Did my Direto just break? Crank wouldn't turn then resistance inconsistent

Did my Direto just break? I got on it to do a workout and it was pedaling fine, then the crank would barely turn, and now the resistance is really inconsistent and jerky. I tried adjusting the belt resistance to see if that might fix it, but it did not. Pedaling is jerky and there's a bit of a clicking noise coming from the trainer.

I am having the same issue. It just started today. Have you heard of any fixes for this?

Did you get this sorted out? I had a very similar issue on my Direto but in my case the drive belt turned itself inside out and came off. I refitting and tensioned it but after 10 days of normal use, this evening the drive belt snapped.

it is clearly an hardware issue. Please contact the customer care at [email protected] and specify the serial number of the trainer
